Lord God we praise your Holy name! We know that God is a miracle worker. We know that God answers prayers. No matter what things may look like, trust God in the storm, as we cry out and God hears us and releases His power which is a power so much greater than ourselves. We cannot fight our own battles. We will not and can not figure things out on our own. We have not been created to go through this life independently without God, but we must fully trust Him and be fully dependent on Him for all of our needs. Lord God, what’s not good in us that needs to be removed, we ask for you to purge us of all things unpleasing to You, and to fill us up with more of You and Your love, Lord God. I come to you now in the name of Jesus to pray for all of us that are going through things, whether it’s medical, battling addiction, anger management, grieving & loss, financial struggles, breakdown in relationships, feeling alone or tossed aside as if you don’t belong, or parental concerns, etc. Stop, kneel & pray! God is listening. We must turn to Him for our direction and see beyond what’s right in front of us by clinging onto God, and being rest assured that He does know what’s up ahead. God will not leave us in our mess, because He loves us too much to leave us that way. God is calling! He will continue to go before us and make a way out of no way. God is Almighty & Powerful! We must believe and praise His Holy name. We are His children and He is our Father in Heaven that can do way above and beyond our highest expectations, because our Father God is the Most High. Lord God, I trust You! You will finish in us the good work that you began. (Psalm 9:10 NKJV) “And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.”
As I watch the little ones getting into trouble and do things they know they’re not supposed to, I notice that even that young no one really likes to have to deal with the consequences of their own actions. I was reminded of what that looks like as an adult and proceeded to clearly understand this deeply when I think about pride. Instead of admitting that we are wrong when we do something, we may be too busy focusing on the fact that we got caught and try defending our actions instead of addressing what we did in the first place and being responsible for how we respond by our words and actions and changing our outcome. Many push blame and just don’t take the time out to notice their participation in the matter. We can not resolve issues if we can’t honestly admit to the issues in the first place. And to strive to be more like Christ, in turn makes us better people lo learn accountability and forgiveness and getting to the root of the issues at hand before they grow out of control. But we must think & pray before we act, and understand that we all need direction. And be mindful of what we are feeding ourselves, by what we look at or follow or read, by who we keep company with, etc. We are responsible for what we do in our lives to either become better or bitter. We cannot get mad at the one bringing something to our attention that needs to be addressed, we must listen to the content being spoken and honest in our responses. And when we are wrong be humble enough to admit it; especially when it comes to how we treat one another. Little children are to be corrected, and we too as adults need to be corrected and held accountable to God so that we know how to treat one another on the account of God. (Proverbs 12:15-18 NKJV) “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, But he who heeds counsel is wise. A fool’s wrath is known at once, But a prudent man covers shame. He who speaks truth declares righteousness, But a false witness, deceit. There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, But the tongue of the wise promotes health.”
Live & Love unashamed! Many Blessings to you!
We are to love God with our whole heart and love Him more than anybody else, including our children, parents and spouses. Not everyone can really understand what this all means. Coming to Christ will cause division among families. We talk about family being so important and being everything, but it’s not worth more than Jesus, and the greater rewards for sacrificing our lives for following Jesus, because He paid the ultimate price and sacrifice for us. Families are divided because of those who follow and do not follow Jesus. Not all of us have families that have all come to Christ and have been brought together to share in our spiritual walk. And even in those families that go to church and are expected to from generation to generation, doesn’t mean that all have lost their own lives for Jesus. Many aren’t willing to ultimately sacrifice their own lives for life in eternity. Many people are comfortable with worldly pleasures and not at all are leaning on their faith in Christ. Not even taking into consideration what losing our lives really means as a follower of Christ. We, as followers do care more about getting deeper into God’s Word and getting His Word out to others by demonstrating the love of Christ through our own lives, than gaining all we can from this world and praising Jesus for what He can give us without recognizing the significance to losing our lives here, and taking up our crosses daily. And the words of truth will pierce through someone’s heart, and they may not like what they hear, but it’s a responsibility that we as followers have made to God. Let us not fight the battles that aren’t ours, but leave them to God. True followers of Christ make everyday decisions that are more in line with God’s Word than what makes sense to others. We must live life according to God’s plan and remember that not all will look to Christ as their everything because they haven’t fully committed their lives to Christ, and don’t seem to be in the need of a Savior. Deceitfully they can save themselves. Wrong!! And no relationship will ever be the same with Christ in our lives. I see in my own life the things I looked over before in relationships or didn’t realize now have come to light because I’ve been made whole and do follow after Christ, and I’ve received His love and His healing. A love like this I’ve never experienced from any human being. And I understand that UNLESS you receive this love from Christ and truly follow after Him, we cannot be in a relationship with someone that is not seeing Christ in the same light and that doesn’t feel worthy to be loved. You can believe in Christ and not be changed one bit, but to dedicate and live life for Christ is a on a whole new level that many, yes many, will never experience. Because people are so comfortable with their life in this world and making the best of it, that brokenness really hasn’t set in enough for many to understand that we go through more pain, but it’s different because it’s so real and so much more than us when we come to Christ. We are less about ourselves and more about others and more about understanding God’s truth and deciphering the lies told to us, even in the name of God. Others on the same page of truth will continue to grow, by edifying and encouraging one another into a deeper relationship with Christ. We will not tell people what they want to hear, but will be led by the Holy Spirit to let them know truth in God’s Word and that true followers will face persecution regularly, but we know that we have the victory in Christ and no one will come before God because in order to have anything with anyone in this world God must be in the center of all relationships, as we all put God first in our lives. (Matthew 10:35-39 NKJV) “For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.”
We clearly see that this world’s philosophy is to look out for ourselves, and to cling to this world tightly and obtain all the things you possibly can here. Stock your shelves with food to store up. Buy a bunch of toys you deserve for working hard. And make sure to buy your kids everything they want, being that most parents don’t take time with their kids or they got to make up for what they “lacked” growing up, they will definitely be the ones to make it up in some way; not realizing the destruction they are causing along the way. After all, it sounds pretty smart to stock up treasures here on earth for those rainy days and being prepared with that nest egg for the unknown future. After all we must work hard and have things to show for it. So opposite of the Bible. Quickly we lose focus of God and the security He provides us. When looking to this world, we all have a sense of this entitlement; it’s what this world has created. Spiritually we can see what’s taking place, but without seeing things in this light, many are deceived by pointing out the faults of others and missing their own. God is continually showing us that we are all off with our thinking. And those that have felt more comfort with the things of this world are going to find it harder to truly follow after God. People tend to pick and choose what they want to follow and disregard important knowledge and information from the Bible. When we put our trust in things and people, we will feel a need for what we have because we will be forced to depend on the very things we find our security in. So one may believe that they need something or need to do things a certain way because of the circumstances they find themselves in, and by not focusing on God. We are to glorify God. How can we do that if everything comes back to our own accomplishments and our preparation that is based off of fear by not having faith in God, but patting ourselves on the back for worrying about the future, as if that makes us a responsible adult. We miss out on so much when we don’t focus on the God of the Bible. But we seem to make up our own version of God that we want to conform to our plans because we truly don’t trust Him in our life and think we are going to tell Him what we need and how it needs to be done. That’s so foolish! Over time may we see more people maturing spiritually. There are people convinced they are following after God, but we know that we should not want the same things we did before coming to such great knowledge. When our heart is changed and we are living for God, nothing that mattered before matters now. We start seeing things in a different light and realize that we should not be loving things. As we draw closer to God, a love for things falls back. God changes our heart when we dig deep in His Word. Our past is nothing to be ashamed of if we surrender our life to God and make a decision to follow after Him now and be open for change. We must understand that of course we would see things differently before because this world is opposite of what the Bible teaches us. And even now people are compromising their beliefs because of their lack of faith in God and lack of patience. Instead they are afraid to offend people and start catering to those of the world and before we know it, they too are blending in. Watering down the truth makes it lose its flavor, and slowly we are drifting from the truth, and more concerned of being liked. We may believe that we are more peaceable by not mentioning things and constantly making excuses for others, but what is wrong with us not realizing that the truth is what sets us free from the many things that will entangle us so that we are able to receive this truth. There are people thinking they are doing others a favor by not mentioning things that will help them because they too cannot see things taking place to warn others. Jesus teaches us to give to those in need, and assuring us that our hearts will follow our gifts. When we help others we tend to care about those that we help and we have the God-given ability to enjoy the meaningful life given to us by meeting the real needs of people. We must be able to see the needs of others by asking God to continue to reveal His truth to us so that we can be in tune and more attentive to what the soul needs, and not just give in to the desires of the flesh. We must do our part to lead others to God’s Word so they too can see truth for themselves, and understand the true meaning of life here on earth is preparing our souls for the Kingdom, and we learn from God how to store up our treasures in Heaven by following after Him and putting our complete faith in Him and being more giving to others by trusting and knowing that God will continue to provide our every need. (Luke 12:34 NKJV) For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
It’s the hypocrisy that is not respected. How many times have I driven and watched an “enforcer of the law”, which includes enforcing speed limits, speed right by me, with no flashing lights. All those in these positions need to become better leaders by example. I know as a parent my kids helped me understand the importance of becoming a better person and I know that God used them. I had to be aware of their innocence and listen to them. And to teach them what’s right, I knew it would be best to show them by example. I just know that we learn more by what we do than what we say, because we all know that our actions speak louder than our words. And where I would fall short I would be open and let my kids know that I was human, and they too will make mistakes, but we can learn from those mistakes and grow together as a family, and be honest about what needs correcting and have discussions so that we are trained to think and question what’s not right. This is life! We must learn how to work through our problems instead of ignoring them as though they don’t exist. Anybody that proceeds with violence in a disagreement is wrong and it’s unacceptable, on every level, no exceptions. Our best examples come from those that live according to biblical principles. I knew I couldn’t repeat history, so I had to do something different. Who am I to think I can follow the same formula and come out with different results. If I were led by my own pride, I would think it’s not the formula that needs tweaking, because I will just do a better job. But when we step back and look to God for answers, He makes it clear that unless our actions line up with God’s Word, our own efforts will fail. We must know and comprehend that we’ve been given specific instructions from our Creator to live differently. Blending in afraid of who we may offend is not operating in a Goldly manner. We need biblical principals to be applied throughout every area of our life. Wisdom is the application of this knowledge from God. And no matter what side of the fence we are on, our leaders have been poor examples. And to bang for colors as a nation is ridiculous, but it seems to go unnoticed and not a problem until it’s imitated in the streets. Good leaders pay attention to the facts and lead by example and encourage others to do the same by taking responsibility and being accountable for our own actions. No one at this point can step back and act puzzled at the outcome we’ve seen from such poor leadership throughout the years. Politicians are an example of what we teach our kids not to be. I think to myself how crazy it is to think of all the corruption that starts at the “top” and trickles down to the people. I pray that we the people can come together and see where our problems stem from and that we can come together as fellow humans that want the best for our children. Something is wrong with a system that does not look to God for answers. We must all be accountable and humble enough to look to God for correction. We are not being honest about what we believe in. And we need to call out all corruption knowing that our system has allowed such corruption, no matter which side you stand on we know very well that no one is truly standing on God’s Word because God is way more powerful and He will move mountains when we turn to Him. It’s not up to our leaders in office, but it is up to those of us not wavering in our faith to go out and make disciples. We must want to be an example to our young and grown children to grow closer to God and work with one another. We must all take responsibility for our brothers & sisters. There are some in every generation fighting the food fight. But we are the minority. We will be persecuted, but only by sharing our faith, and hypocrites we should not be, because that bring its own set of problems. (Philippians 3:17-19 NKJV) “Brethren, join in following my example, and note those who so walk, as you have us for a pattern. For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame— who set their mind on earthly things.”
We want to see the victory in Christ! It’s not about us, but it’s all about the power within us through the power of the Holy Spirit. We need to settle down in our flesh when God gives us a task to accomplish; it is not by our own might that these tasks be performed, but through Christ we can do all things. When we become proud of our own accomplishments, we lose ourselves to our own egos. Our heads get swole from that pride that will always want to be in the drivers seat. But through the blood of Christ we have been set free from the shackles in this life that hold us down to a position when God wants to take us higher. We can speak out when done in love and be vessels used by God to accomplish what God has set out for us to do. We must fellowship in discipleship. We have been free as the veil is lifted from our eyes to rise high above and soar like eagles to see more clearly what’s taking place spiritually. We are not to take the words of others only, but to listen, pray and ask God to reveal His truths from what has been spoken by others. Do not be deceived. God knows our life in and out and He will reveal His truth. There are many who go on preaching a message, but there is a bit of revengefulness in their speech. We must stand for what’s right and not find ourselves taking sides, and be steadfast in the Word and in prayer and doing what’s right by following after righteousness and being humble enough to receive correction. We must be mindful of manipulation and call out the wickedness in our brothers and sisters by reaching out in love, knowing that the battle is real. We are not battling against flesh and blood. And if we remain quiet when truth needs to be spoken, we are not being obedient to God. We are not to be people pleasers, but doers of the Word because we were created out of the image of God, and we must properly represent by following after Christ and calling out unrighteousness for the good of God’s children. We need to be held accountable in our walk and in life not by the measure of another person’s approval or standards, but based on the Word of God. We must answer to God. We must admit when we are wrong and understand that those that follow after Christ do care about the souls of others. Let us encourage one another in His truth. We have been wired for something higher. We must tap into the source of where our power comes from to help ignite what God already put inside us. His Word is written in our hearts. (II Corinthians 3:17-18 NKJV) “Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
Stay encouraged Christians who have seen a lot throughout the years. Things are being exposed now more then ever because of technology. God is definitely waking up more of His people. A lot of things that are stirring people up have been a issue with others for years, but it went unheard because people believe their own lies and run with the masses. But finally eyes and ears are opening. God is cleaning up! And He is answering the cries of His people. So these times are victorious times that we are living in. Because it’s gotta get ugly before it can get better. The secrets, lies & deception has come to the light, and the exposure is raw. Because the truth is, things weren’t that much better in the past and now we are dealing with the consequences, but it was birthed years ago and now the issues are full grown. But for some there is victory because of the awareness and there are more of us rising up as warriors for Christ. Not just clinging to our religion just to call ourselves Christians, while being blinded and following the elite know it alls, who we may have learned to believe had our best interest, but they were just filling their pockets because they have been overcome by fear. True followers of Christ won’t compromise our faith and don’t live by fear. There are breakthroughs in the medical industry because people didn’t give up and the negative image is slowly being lifted by truth, and because the elite can finally see the financial gain, Cannabis is now making strides to become more and more legal. But don’t just believe it because certain people accept it now for the wrong reasons, but focus on how that was the tool to open more minds about something that will continue to help people. It’s finally getting its recognition for the many benefits it provides. God has answered many prayers because there is so much that He has provided for those that don’t abuse things. If we went based off of abuse, we would have nothing. People would be banned from food because they don’t know how to consume a healthy amount without overdosing on it to become obese. If something is harmful and not beneficial to your walk with God and comes before God, be mindful of that and stay away from it. But again, are people walking away from their slave driven jobs; most likely not! But look it how it’s negatively impacting the households and ripping families apart because more time and effort is spent at work than with God and at home. That’s right! Nothing that comes before God is us living in obedience. Just because a medical doctor prescribes something doesn’t mean it’s right because the pharmaceutical companies are greedy and killing people because they don’t care and put their stamp of approval on it. Take it to God! Because “they” don’t mind diagnosing a child and drugging them so that they can sit still during class to listen to the nonsense being taught. Not everyone is focused because there are many spiritual distractions because God is getting the attention of His children. Those really looking to God would see those with “learning disabilities” are in fact more in tune than the child that does everything he is “supposed to” do. But how many don’t even know their own kids. Yes school is changing them. Are your teachings at home more prevalent in their life. Or has work got us so busy and our unhealthy relationships that our kids go unheard. I mean…. It’s wrong to murder, but that is justified when it meets certain criteria for certain individuals that are easily persuaded by authority. But to convince a true believer that war and killing is the answer is wrong. And not everyone has to agree with what is set in place knowing that it has many consequences that will surface again later on. But as long as we follow this world, we won’t see things until we are knee deep in it. Wake up! It’s time to get off that corporate mind set of becoming a machine, and become more proactive as a loving human being. What are we afraid of really! Don’t wait for the fire when you’ve had plenty of warning signs from the alarm continually going off in your brain that you choose to snooze through and ignore until it’s too late. True Freedom is found in Christ and everything is made new, but we must get out of our own way and learn from these examples that an image is nothing but a representation of an external form. We must dig deeper to get spiritual clarification from God and quit looking for answers from those doing their best to distract you and create these false images that keep us from understanding truth. (James 4:1-2 NKJV) “Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.”

I believe that a lot of us are fooled for thinking that anything other than love, truth, compassion & forgiveness will lead others to Christ. Many of us turned away from God years ago because of false religion and it’s false teachings, like we have to walk this straight and narrow path on our own and feel bad about any wrong decision we’ve made. Almost as if we are reminded of our sin over and over again instead of teaching forgiveness and that we are human and we will sin, and this is why we need Christ because on our own we have already fallen short. And those lies of defeat are from Satan. Without the forgiveness of our sins and Our Savior Jesus Christ, we are all destined for hell. Love and forgiveness needed to be preached back then and it still does now. We forget that many of us have turned back to God because of the love we know we need that can only be found in Christ. And thanks to those that showed us God’s love through compassion, not conviction. We must quit thinking that because we are doing something different that our children won’t face things in an even more deceitful way because of things that have been plagued on our nation. Every generation is faced with its challenges. And some keep repeating themselves, because we haven’t gotten it. But it’s not about stricter teachings, it’s about more love, peace and forgiveness being spoken into the lives of God’s people. When we confess our sins, God has forgiven us and our sins are washed away. Yes awaken the spirit within and know God’s Word, but do not think that the love of Jesus can be taken away from us. There are people that try to appear as though they are light bearers, but they are only being driven by darkness and want to see others suffer like they did. There’s a difference between knowing what’s right and choosing to dismiss it, and struggling in areas because of our wrestle within against the spirit and the flesh. But deep down those that think of themselves holier than thou, are such followers of this world without realizing it. There are those of us that feel the Holy Spirit directing us away from the ways of this world, but a lot of people in the past didn’t recognize God outside of their religion. Satan has been on his job already deceiving many right in the churches for years. I can pick out those that follow religion, because they lack love, compassion and forgiveness. They are the same people that find it hard to say I love you to another person, but talk about God but not so much His Word, unless it’s convicting, knowing that they are far off themselves when confronted, but portray themselves as holy. I had difficulty with love before coming to Christ, but once I received His love, I could love again. It’s the love that’s always been inside, but it was suppressed because I resented those that shoved religion down my throat without real love and forgiveness being shown. It’s more like parents wanting their kids to walk a straight line to look good in front of others, but that is not who God is. And that is not who our parents are either. We all make mistakes, but it’s better to speak life into a person than death. See when we go about life in this way, Jesus is pushed out of the equation. And it’s all about us trying to live a certain way to please God. Going against the grain on our own, while the Pharisees point fingers at what they see as wrong, yet while God searches their heart He finds no love or forgiveness just people trying hard to follow rules and not reflecting God’s love at all. Who wouldn’t find it hard to love and not be angry in this world trying to take it all on alone. We need Jesus! Think about this today! I pray that we all find our way through the love of Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and the life. Thank you Jesus for your love and peace! No person will ever take your place, for it is by the blood of Christ that we have been set free. (John 8:36 NKJV) Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”
We are at different places in our walk. There are many that still need to invite Jesus into their heart. Open up and let Him in. Let Him take the pain and hurt away. It’s what’s standing in the way of who we are. Let Him have your cares and burdens, but most importantly give Him your heart. We can trust God, and learn to trust and learn to love unconditionally. Allow God in your life so that we can see ourselves and one another the way He does. He loves us! It’s important that we learn to let go of the control we feel we need to have, and let go of pride, and instead live more selflessly and keep trusting God. Pride comes in many forms and really keeps us entangled in more hostile environments. We must have more of a servants mind knowing that we serve the Most High. And in order for Him to get all the glory in our lives, we must learn to allow the Holy Spirit to be our guide. Continue in God’s Word to be who God created you to be. In order to know who we are in Christ, we must invite Him in and know that Jesus has endured way more than we ever will, so He gets us. God reveals this all to us, and reminds us that our life is not our own, but we must invite Him into every area of our lives and into our hearts. Allow God to transform your life through submitting to Christ. Don’t try to do it by following a bunch of rules, and then judging and condemning others to keep you from doing the same things you used to do or what others are doing, which can harden our heart. But open your heart and be reminded that change doesn’t happen over night with everything. Some things, yes, instant change! But so many of us need work in different areas. As long as those deep rooted areas are being worked on there may be things a person is doing that someone else doesn’t agree with. But it’s not up to us. Give God your heart and submit to God our every desire, thought and issue in our life. Communicate with God. He will give us a clean heart, but we have to ask for It and be reminded that when we are weak, and yes we are, He is strong. Pride will keep us from looking to God in a way that softens our heart. The things we hold onto that we need understanding with, will eat us alive in self-pity and cause our hearts to be hardened while pushing everyone around us away in the process. May we all learn to be better at letting go and letting God! (James 4:7-8 NKJV) “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”
It almost seems as though stressing is something that contributes to making us an adult. I mean as a child we seem to live more care free. Most children aren’t worried about the bills and providing for others or putting food on the table & keeping a roof over their head. They live in a way knowing they are taking care of. We tend to make things more difficult causing more stressful situations in our lives by not trusting God. We must be mindful and think more in terms of our spiritual health which really contributes to our perspective on life. When we look at things in terms of our day to day responsibilities and the different demands that come with the territory, we tend to become rather narrow minded while heading down a broader path. Instead of broadening our minds to understand truth to stay on the narrow path. We must gain the wisdom needed to connect with God, to expand our minds for the ability to comprehend all the information necessary for true insight of what God is showing us. When we gain a deeper understanding to life, we depend more on God and stress less about the things that don’t pertain to God or that are out of our control to begin with. We need to redirect our energy and thought patterns to fit more along the lines of what God has for us to learn through every lesson. It’s during these times that we need faith like children. It’s a faith that just trusts and questions less about the work of God’s hands, but questions more of the motives of the direction of this world. We need to re-evaluate our priorities and start cutting back on the things that are a hindrance in the time we spend with God, and how we live our lives according to His Word. This world creates the difficulties that God is constantly able and willing to help us with. We must call on God as though we have lost our direction when we feel that we are going in the opposite way from where God seems to be leading us. We must be re-taught like children to learn to trust more of what we can’t see and pay attention to what we can see. Let’s not be too consumed or too busy with things that continue to block the blessings that God wants us to receive through Him, so that He May be glorified. Our mental health is compromised when we focus on things we lack or life’s demands instead of focusing on God and the victory He has given us over our lives through Christ. (Mark 10:15 NKJV) “Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.”
When God is at work on the hearts of His people, we become sincere in our love for people. Having a true relationship with God goes way beyond ourselves. It is a selfless love for others. It’s about trusting the life that God has given us and His plan for us, and encouraging others into a relationship with God, and to gain more understanding through His Word. There seems to be way too many distractions out there, especially in politics, but we can choose to not be distracted. People are getting consumed by the negativity and constant division. We are to pray for our leaders and pray for justice and practice good leadership and justice for all, as we do our part as stewards of the gospel. There is no need for hostility. Truth is we are living under the authority of corruption. We are the message! We are the leaders as followers of Christ. Don’t repeat history through those that try to make themselves more important than someone else by esteeming themselves greater. Be reminded in the power and authority given to us as children of God and move forward in a different direction that isn’t mocking this world, but who know God’s power and His Word to boldly stand out and create the life that we know exists in Christ. God will exalt His people. To conduct ourselves outside of the Godly characteristics that we must show to lead others to the cross is ineffective when we are more focused on the issues at hand. One of the biggest messages for us is to quit judging others based on what we think or where we think they stand when it comes to God and faith. Worldly credentials don’t mean a thing. But God reveals the wickedness in our hearts. It seems as though everyone wants a pat on the back and credit for things for some personal gain or self esteem. God is using many people, and just like in the Bible, God will use the least expected. It is God who qualifies the elect. It is God that gets all the glory. We must be able to be humble enough to admit we don’t know everything. We must admit that our emotions are real, but we must not allow them to take over in our decision making. We must identify them and go through the motions, but ultimately allow God to lead and guide us based on His truth. We must pray diligently that God helps us to see beyond ourselves, and to break down those comfort barriers that keep us from truly being free from who we think we are or how we perceive others. And not allow what happened to us in our lives affect us to the point that we miss what God is showing us right now. He hears our cries. He hears our prayers. He knows if we are sincere with our concerns or if our motive is to stir up trouble because we have deep rooted anger that we think we can keep hidden. Don’t underestimate God and His plan, because He’s not a part of this worldly system that many are still wrapped up in because its comfortable to just do what we know, instead of what’s right. Proclaim your faith and walk accordingly. Humility and love is more powerful that any weapon of lies that satan feeds us. (Ephesians 4:1-3 NKJV) “I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
Let us pray!! Let us pray for the broken hearted. My heart aches as I can hear another soul crying out. May God continue to put people looking to God in His Word in the lives of those we love and may not be able to reach on our own. May God comfort those that feel alone. May God heal those sick in their minds and bodies. May God restore our souls and cleanse us free from sin as we repent and ask for His forgiveness. May God bring peace to those that are struggling right now. With so many things being exposed, it’s confirmation that we need to dig deeper to really know people; But it is also bringing up some painful memories for those of us that have had similar experiences in our lives. Everything leaves an opening for opinions and feelings. We see anger and some are straight up dealing with a hurting heart and need to feel God’s love and to be seriously connected to those living for God. We often criticize and judge people for their honest feelings, concerns or insecurities and “bad” decisions. But when that person is no longer here, we have so many nice things to say about them. When someone is gone it becomes so real for us. But when we are here how many reach out and extend their love or concern for someone other than themselves or the money they are making. Everything isn’t based on “good” decisions, it’s way more for those looking to live right by God. We cannot do what everyone else is doing without being pulled in the direction that God wants us to go in to fulfill our purpose. There is no “easy” road in our Christian walk. Every day is a battle! Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow, but there are also stumbling blocks along the way, and a reminder that the closer we get to God, the more Satan attacks us. But there is nothing he can do to our soul that Jesus has not already overcome. Jesus, Jesus Jesus… will keep them coming or keep them running. All in time as God reveals more of Himself to us, the truth resides in us. There is so much work to be done here. And we need to constantly be praying for all those out here extending the love of Christ to the lost, and to encourage people back into a relationship with God if they strayed away from the faith. (Matthew 9:37 -38 NKJV) “Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
Our identity is found in Christ! Our identity isn’t found in our title or position, what type of car we drive, how much money we have in the bank, our credit score, our marital status, our level of education, etc., but our identity is found in Christ. There is so much more to us that goes deeper to our core, like how our character is shaped regarding our beliefs and where our help come from to continue shaping us. Our identity is for the sake of making His identity known to all. We find true peace in who God is through Christ. We don’t lose who we are with Christ, but we become our true selves, only in Him. His joy becomes our joy; his love, our love; his peace, our peace; his strength, our strength. The customs, language and expectations of this world becomes foreign to us. This is not our home! We are being prepared for where we belong with God. When our soul is satisfied in Christ, God is glorified in us, and we reflect His image and begin to live life instead of just surviving it. Because we have a power living within us that is greater than anything in this world and anything that we can do for ourselves. Through Christ we have a new identity, so embrace it by understanding our union with Christ. Union with Christ is to know Christ through a transformation that happens when we receive Him and fully surrender to Him and learn His ways so that they become our ways. And how we are shaped moving forward by the things we go through for understanding, is by living the life we’ve been given and the freedom from the shackles of this world. Understanding that it is through Christ that we are called children of God. And we can have confidence before God in Christ. (I Corinthians 6:17 NKJV) “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.”
Live & Love unashamed! Many Blessings to all!
For every step can seem like a journey in itself. We go through handling things, doing what we need to each day, but certain areas of life are more of a challenge. With so many things going on, it can become a bit overwhelming. Through our difficulties we can ask God to show us what it is that we can learn through each situation. Through humility we are often reminded of why we need saving and that we need Jesus. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow and connect with genuine people that will encourage us in our walk. Don’t be fooled by those of us that are strong in our faith clinging to our beliefs and clinging onto Jesus. We too need the encouragement. We are front line in the battle. When we are in a battle it’s nice to know that others stand with us and not against us. Knowing that there is more than what we see through eyes that are blinded by the clever distractions of this life. With this normal thinking through the mediocrity from following false beliefs based more on a worldly mind trying to fit it in with the Bible instead of us allowing the Bible to transform our lives to reflect more of what God wants from us. We must believe in the Almighty Power of God. We must continue to engage in conversations and testimonies of God at work and continually cling to His Word for an understanding. Stand strong in humility and be willing to take heed to instruction and be led by the Holy Spirit to continue on this journey. (Proverbs 27:17 NKJV) “As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.”
Repent and surrender! We must know that there is a right way to live. We need to know so that we can recognize our wrongs and become the men and women that God has called us to be by doing what’s right in the eyes of the Lord. When we admit our wrongs God is forgiving and when we seek His ways over our own we learn so much and make better decisions in our lives. When we surrender, we are opening up to correction and direction to be led into a deeper and more intimate relationship with God. It all begins when we surrender to Christ and ask for forgiveness by admitting that we have sinned. We must not justify our sin, but we must bring our sins, and our burdens and worries to the cross. By accepting Christ into our heart, we are forgiven and no longer have to feel the pressures of life on our own. We are free from the guilt and shame. We must surrender our lives daily, and allow God to invade all areas of our lives. May we be led by the Holy Spirit so that our ways are His ways. Don’t allow the condemnation of others to cause us to grow further away from God because we find ourselves feeling the need to defend our wrongs. God searches our heart and He knows what we are going through and what makes us who we are today. We just need to continue to go about drawing closer to God and trusting Him with the details of our lives. One step at a time is all we can do. One step in the right direction each day. And even when we have set backs, God is not rejecting us. Continue to press on and let go of the need to control. Release others from their past mistakes and see that God wants us to forgive one another as He forgave us, and receive His healing. And those needing forgiveness, please surrender the guilt you’re carrying on your shoulders and allow the blood of Christ to set you free. May we all receive God’s free gift of grace and mercy and love one another accordingly. Don’t allow Satan to rob us of the love that we all need any longer. Surrender your heart today. Jesus is calling! (I John 1:8-10 NKJV) “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.”
Faith over fear! Believe! We must have the kind of faith that comes from knowing that God’s got us, no matter what the circumstances may look like. We are not talking about faith in our strength or in another person or in a circumstance, but faith in God. We must put our Faith In Action! We must speak life over our circumstances and not get distracted from what God has promised us. We must speak life over our health, into our relationships, over our finances, and over our entire well-being, through faith. We must rest assure knowing that God has a plan for each one of us and His love for us is the truth, because we have our faith in Him. We cannot be held captive by our fear and current circumstances, but we must remain faithful to God and trust His Word and what He says about us. We are His and we are loved. May God continue to get all the glory in our lives. God will always make a way and give us clarity when we believe in Him. We will go through trials and hardships, but all glory to God as we continue to do the things that God has called us to do by staying focused on the calling that He has given us. God is equipping us to go out and reach those that are lost. We too were once lost, but all glory to God we are found, we too were blind, but now we see. Have faith in God. Fear has no place in our lives with God. Continue to lean on Him when fear wants to enter in, so that you may be delivered from it. Fear is satan’s weapon to keep us from where God has already approved us. When God shows us something is possible, that’s because He has ordained it in our life. Don’t allow the enemy to steal, kill or destroy any longer. Stand strong and bold in your faith knowing that God is on your side. Take heed and allow your faith in God to be known through constant communication for continued spiritual direction. Hold on and continue to trust God! (Mark 11:22 NKJV) “So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.”

Sometimes we are led to believe that we have to continue to work on becoming better at handling things. When we allow God into our lives to handle things for us, He also shows us during this time of desperately needing him, that all we need is Him, and we don’t have to put up with the things that we “feel” we need to handle. It’s time we understand that who we look to is Almighty and Powerful! And it is He who is bringing us through, so that we can become who God created us to be. God is the one who will continue to open doors of opportunity for us to walk through with boldness knowing that we are worth walking through those doors because of God. God did not create us to be mediocre. God did not create us to be doubtful and fearful. God did not create us to believe that there is anything that we cannot do. Maybe at this moment we can’t do something, but God has called us to look to Him and trust by looking to Jesus as a reminder that we are not alone, and that we have a mediator, a friend, a teacher, and our One and Only True Savior. It is through Christ that we can do all things because it is He who strengthens us. He gives us hope, He gives us the will, He gives us comfort and the courage to stand and to face adversity, and to move forward in this life given to us. To move forward in relationships, we must stand and face those who continually speak of the limitations that this world speaks of, and we must speak against it. It is everything outside of God that tries to take God‘s place in our lives and that wants to devour our soul. Only with God can we achieve the things that He has placed in our hearts. It is God who gives us visions and it is God who has given us purpose, so it is God who must touch our hearts and draw us closer to him so that we know how to proceed and how to live the life given to us by Him. We don’t have to know how to handle things, but know how to accept what God is showing us to know that He has ordained our steps and no one can stop what God has planned for our lives, and by following God, things will be handled. May we continue to keep our eyes on God at all times. Lord God I pray for a touch of your love and healing to all those in need right now. I pray for restoration and forgiveness. I pray that we can be a light to help pull others out of darkness. I pray for the compassion needed to reach all those in need of God’s love, and I pray that we get out of our Christian bubbles and encourage others in their life to know God and to believe that He loves us and it is He that has the power to restore each one of our hearts, so that we can be more like Christ. May we be reminded that Christ is our intercessor, not man. In Jesus Mighty name… Amen! (II Corinthians 4:8-9 NKJV) “We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—”

Inwardly we know that there is so much more, but we tend to block it out just to fit into this world. But we don’t have to. When we do some serious soul searching to find exactly what we need it goes deeper than what the eye can see. When we just focus outwardly, we may follow the trends or norm and slowly get sucked into this world and struggle daily with the things that God has shown us already. By the longing that we have deep within as though voids must be filled is because of what God put inside of us to long for and to need Jesus. And it’s our relationship with Him and through the understanding of God’s Word through what is revealed to us in our lives when we seek God and His understanding, and take the time out to listen, we will be renewed and we will be different. When we are followers of this world and don’t think for ourselves and hear God, we most definitely can fall into a type of person and adapt to the categories and labels placed on us. No one to be mad at but ourselves for who we choose to listen to. When we listen to God we know that our true identity is found in Christ. We must pay attention to and understand that God has given us instructions on how to live in the ways that He has purposed for us to live. Knowing that we need Christ so that we can courageously do the things that God has called us to do. We must break free from the chains that entangle us in sin through God’s grace and mercy and through Christ. We cannot do any of this on our own. We cannot keep quiet when we need to stand out and speak up in the name of Jesus. While we may envision a God that wants us to hold our peace that we blend in is the wrong idea of God. We are to stand up for our beliefs knowing that we do have God by our side. Lord God protect us throughout this day and this week Lord, because we will continue to face spiritual battles. May we continue to keep our focus on You Lord and be more courageous during these times, and may we receive your healing, peace comfort and hope, knowing that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We love You and we thank You Lord God, in Jesus Mighty name… Amen! (Isaiah 41:13 NKJV) “For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’”
Many aren’t honest about the importance of family support. Those that admit their need for love and acceptance get mocked, while those that never deal with the realities of a lost loved one or lack of family support and lack of love, do indeed infect those around them. They tend to make unhealthy decisions when it comes to relationships by latching on to someone to fill the void, or they throw themselves into work and stay super busy to avoid the longing of truth deep down inside of them. No one is above this need for God! People act as though they are so strong, and turn away from God while fighting so hardly for the independence that this world teaches us that we need. But it’s false. We need saving and we need Christ to do the saving! No man or no woman can save us. We need others to talk to and receive love from, but they will not satisfy what our souls are longing for. Those that admit their struggles and the voids that keep us from being who God created us to be, will eventually see the light and will be a light to others, and rise above and thrive to be the change. All others will grow to be bitter as they grow older and seem to want others to go down the dark and lonely road that they’ve experienced. Only a fool will deny the truth and deny their own soul. Just like those caught up in the deceptions of this world by the divide & conquer nonsense we are experiencing all over. We as the people in our nation have a responsibility and if we are denying our own households, we are failing those around us. We must thrive by the power of the Holy Spirit and allow God to heal our land. We are getting so caught up into who can save our country and who we should bow down to or stand up for based off of mere opinions, need to be held accountable for what we follow and what we contribute to society. We the people must come together. We the people must serve One God, and we the people need to be mindful as to where we place our energy. Instead of arguing about what we cannot change or thinking that we have solutions through opposition, or standing against one another due to Satan’s lies that have manifested into this world because of power and greed, we really need to focus our time & energy on God and allow Him in to make us over! We all need a complete makeover from the inside out. No need to convince women, especially, about what beauty should look like from the outside, but be renewed from the inside and receive a natural glow from our Creator and quit mocking Him with foolishness. And men you need to model after Christ and when you choose to be with a woman love her like Christ loves the church. This world has men chasing the wrong things, and He is failing the women that look to him. We see what we see because of our ultimate disobedience. Time to look deeper within and be our best by allowing God to transform our mess. If you think you don’t need help, than ego and pride has set in deeply and defeat will overcome you. Live victoriously only through the true acceptance of Christ and the repentance from our wicked ways. Lord we come to you, we need you! May we not be fooled by those creating division amongst us and realize that we are all being tested by how we treat one another. When we look to You we see Your creations, but when we look to this world we focus on our differences as if it’s a bad thing. We know Lord that You created us to be different so that we learn from one another knowing that the times are growing colder and we will have to work together because You Lord God have everything under Your control. May we not just mention You Lord, but may we hear You. Help us get out of our own way and allow You to have Your way in our lives. In Jesus Mighty name… Amen! (Luke 21:36 NKJV) “Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
Experiencing God is an out of the box approach on life. Only bow down to the One true God that keeps us looking up to Him. Everything is fighting for our attention to become a god to us. Idolatry is bigger than most realize. Don’t put anything before God or give it more attention. But we must stay on guard and recognize the subtle and obvious traps of this world. God’s plan is real and no one can stop it from happening so look to God to guide your every imperfect step. We go through things to remind us that we need a Savior, and His name is Jesus… Yeshua! And we must remember that no matter what others believe, there will come a day when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess to God and praise His name. When you answer to our One True God and receive Christ, there is no need to bully anybody into your beliefs because what their souls are in need of, Jesus provides. Be patient and be consistent in your walk. Jesus is enough and He fills every void from within. And what we receive inwardly should show outwardly. Anybody that is bitter or hateful or angry hasn’t fully surrendered to Christ. It’s a daily thing, not just a one time thing. No one can empower another person through bitterness and hate. A true leader paves the way through a positive example that leads others towards God to love and spread peace. We are more than conquerors and we will not be stopped. We belong to the King of Kings, Lord of Lords! Lord God we ask for your continued protection as You guard our hearts and lead us towards your peace so that we can experience all that You have promised us in Your Word. We thank you in advance! In Jesus Mighty name… Amen! (Psalm 121:1-3 NKJV) “I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.”
God is communicating to us! Let’s not throw our men, women or children to the wolves. Do we understand what forces we are up against? We alone are no match for the gates of hell. We need Christ and the full armor of God. We must learn from the past, and press ahead towards the future and teach the younger generations, by paying attention to what their soul needs. We must walk by faith, not by sight; that does not mean that we shall walk blindly through life, but to continue to learn, and grow, and put our faith in God, and not be fooled by what appears to be. We must trust God and know that He has His hand in the lives of our children and our loved ones, but we must pray, give it up to God and love on our children and loved ones. We must allow God to do His refining on us to get us in a place where all we hear is God. (John 10:14-15 NKJV) “I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.” When we listen to others, we can focus on God and know that He wants us to be a vessel of love and hope to those we encounter and hold dearly in our lives. Are we able to show this love of God or are we bound in captivity by Satan because we just cannot let go of our past mistakes, hurts and pain? Lord God may we all rise up in our spirit and believe in the power of the cross and be redeemed to fully receive the renewal of our minds. In Jesus Mighty name… Amen! Don’t go back to the life before we allowed God in, but behold new beginnings; a new mind set that trusts God and is dependent on His strength and wisdom. Our job is to not imitate the followings of this world and not push loved ones out, but reaching out in love. We must learn to be better leaders. We must not dictate to others about what to do or not do, but show others by living a life more in the ways that God is instructing us through our own true faith in Him. We must listen for His voice and be in tune. Allow God to interpret what He is saying through faith in Christ knowing that He has walked before us. Lift your head up towards Heaven, take a deep breath and know that you are a Child of God. And just like us, God doesn’t only want someone to come to Him when we want something, but to give ourselves fully to Him. Allow God to invade your life, because the truth is He already knows everything that’s going on with us. But we must invite God in so that we can be led in the right direction and be who God created us to be. We are to live peaceably with one another. We need Christ to cleanse us and set us free from the shackles we feel we deserve. Forgive yourself and move forward towards the life that God is calling you into. (Jeremiah 29:11-13 NKJV) “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”
The struggle is real!!!! And God wants to change hearts. Satan is recruiting, but God is equipping His people. When we turn to God, we must be prepared for our eyes to see things that we may not have paid much attention to before because our minds are programmed to see life from a different perspective, but God awakens all of our senses and inner being to see life in the way that He created us, and what He has created for us. We must go through the refining process to be made whole, and to gain a deeper understanding and to be renewed. We will go through trials and face adversity here on earth, but God is Creator and the One True God that we must trust and turn to during the good and difficult times in our lives. Praise His Holy name! And through Christ we have the victory. Through Christ it all comes together, and when we surrender ourselves in entirety to Him, we feel a weight lifted off of us because we are reminded that we are not alone. And that any trial we face, and whatever comes our way, God is aware of it. God has our life in His hands. Believe, believe, believe! It’s not about what we can do, but all glory to God; for it is He that goes before us! Keep on praying and your circumstances WILL turn around! Keep on praying because God hears our prayers! Keep on praying because it makes the devil real mad! Keep on praying because there are NO limits with God and His love for His children. He gives us a taste of what that feels like when we become parents and feel protective and love beyond words. Lord we thank you and praise you! We know that whatever Satan has set up to destroy us, you have the power to overturn everything to Bless us. When we are weak, you Lord make us strong. No weapon formed against us shall prosper! Thank you Lord God. In Jesus Mighty name… Amen! Pick up your crosses daily and surrender! To all my millennial readers… God’s got you! You are a chosen generation and you will be tested even more, but hang on because God is paving the way for you. Turn to Him against all odds and know that you are supported and being lifted up in prayer. May your elders be an example to lead and guide you in the ways that you must go, and when they fail you, it’s because they need their faith strengthened, and God will use you to be a light to them. God Bless us all! (James 1:2-4 NKJV) “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”
One day, step and goal at a time! Every day we have the opportunity to accomplish the things on our list. We cannot do everything all at once, but when we are in tune with God and pay more attention to Him on a daily basis, we are prepared one step at a time to accomplish the next goal throughout our days in the ways that God directs us. And making sure that we get our day of rest in our week is crucial for our well-being. It can be overwhelming to see things in our lives of the different areas of our lives that have to be handled, but God is our best guide through it all. He teaches us patience through every process. We should be able to look back in our own lives and see progress. Hearing God and being obedient to Him is necessary to see His hand in all that we do. God makes all things possible through Christ, giving us the strength and wisdom that we need to succeed. May we all continue to be blessed each and every day and remain faithful to God, and feel His peace and remain calm as we go through our journey knowing that we answer to God, and that He is for us. He wants us to trust Him, and not to worry about the future, but to trust Him enough, and do our part to be diligent in our every day accomplishments. One step at a time! We got this, because God’s got us! Stay productive and continue to take time out to be in communication with God above all things. Just watch what God will do when we put Him above all things and trust His timing by remaining obedient to His instructions to get the most out of every single day, which includes time spent with loved ones. God puts the desires in our heart, so He knows what will help us get to where He wants to take us, but we must trust in Him and be thankful to Him no matter what things look like at the moment. (Proverbs 16:9 NKJV) “A man’s heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps.”
God places things on our heart. He puts things inside of us, He gives us our gifts and talents; He gives us purpose. God hears all those that call out to Him. He hears our prayers and our cries. He searches our heart. He gives us glimpses into the future so we can believe that He’s created us for so much more. He draws us closer to Him, and He leads us to Christ. And when we surrender our lives to Christ, we can see those glimpses and dreams and the passion we have inside come to life, and come together and become our reality. We come to realize in our walk that the missing piece in our lives, and the One that can fill all the voids we have inside is Christ Jesus. God can do so much with us when we receive His free gift of grace and forgiveness through the blood of Christ. (Romans 5:8-9 NKJV) “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.” This scripture needs to resonate in our heart, especially for those that receive Christ and get it all twisted. Salvation belongs to those that believe in Christ. We will never be perfect, so to condemn those that sin is not what we need to be doing. We all need to look deeper into our own lives by looking to our loving and merciful God. Christ did not lay down His life for us to condemn one another, but to receive salvation and encourage others into a relationship with Christ who is loving and compassionate. Lord God save us from those that believe in Christ and yet lack His love and compassion. God so loved the world that He sent Jesus into the world to save us, not condemn us. Otherwise, we would already be toast. God loved us in our sin that He sent Jesus to save us from the sin that separated us from God, because He loves us that much. We are in a sinful world, and pulled in many directions; God knows this. He has given us new life through Christ knowing that we struggle with sin. But our sin does not lead to death because we received Christ into our heart. No one is to act as if they are God and have this walk perfected, but to cling to God and look to Him and place our faith in Him, knowing and believing that He will make the necessary changes in our lives so that we can live and love in a more Christ-like manner. Praise God for all that He has done. Even in the storm our Lord God deserves to be honored & praised & given thanks to. There is always something to be grateful for, and our relationship with Christ teaches us to see the world through a different lens by removing the veil from our eyes so that we can see more clearer. Thank you Jesus! May we all recognize our gifts from God, and do our best to comprehend what He is showing us in this life, and appreciate our journey with God, and His promise of eternal life through Christ.
